I made it today and wow, amazing recipe! Only a few discrepancies as I used strictly shredded parm, red pepper powder instead of flakes, and ground turkey subbed beef. If you’re stumped on what store bought sauce to use, I used prego roasted garlic and herb. Gave it a taste very similar to olive garden’s lasagna. Will definitely be making again!

Beautiful video. Like Harry (earlier comment) I always use regular lasagna noodles, uncooked, add 1cup +/- water depending on how al dente you want the texture. Perfect every time.

*I have this in my Air Fryer as I type this, followed your recipe accept for a couple of things I didn't have or could not find a the grocery store. I used Cottage cheese by design because I'm not a fan of Ricotta. I had all your spices listed but I added Garlic & onion spice instead of the onion powder. I am trying this im my air fryer to see if it's a good idea. I recorded everything for my channel but I have 3 or 4 other projects I need to edit before this one sees the light of day. I hope this turns out, Thanks for the suggestion. Be well.*

There are a million lasagne recipes, this one surprised me first off for the lack of garlic in the meat - to me that's unthinkable, I put garlic in everything except ice cream!
I'm British and not a fan of those manufactured pasta sauces - it's tastier and just as easy to substitute 1 or 2 cans of chopped tomatoes and half a tube of tomato puree.
The cheesy element was too rich for my taste. I make a plain white sauce (cornflour, butter and hot milk stirred in a saucepan on the heat), with some grated cheese (I like cheddar but mozzerella's good too), melted into it.
A tip to improve/speed the cooking is to soak the dry pasta sheets in very hot water before you use them to assemble the dish.
Incidentally, British cook Mary Berry does a great vegetarian lasagne dish with layers of pasta, baked red pepper and aubergine slices, tomato sauce and cheese sauce.
I think lasagne should always be served with a fresh salad, garlic bread on the side and a good bottle of Italian wine!
Thanks for sharing, it's always great to see you in action - you are a natural cook and your channel is a delight! X
