For hard-boiled eggs, to make the shell easy to take off: after taking the egg out of the boiling water, hold it in a spoon and run it under the tap so that it's covered in cold water. Then while it's cool enough to touch, lightly smash it against the counter and roll it around a bit, and now peeling the shell off will be easy. The times that the shell is hard to peel off is when the membrane under the shell sticks tightly to the egg; running it under cold water right after it's been in boiling water causes the membrane to separate from the egg.

When you mentioned the cake it reminded me of the first time that the family sat down for dessert. It was the first year that my sister was teaching in Vietnam she always cut the pies and cakes. We were all sitting at the table talking when we realized that the dessert still wasn't cut we all looked at each other trying to figure it out and who was going to cut it. My one cousin stepped up to do it after we all joked about fedexing it over night to her to cut it. I still laugh when I think about it

all I do for the egg one to peel it is just peel a bit at the top, put a spoon in between the shell and egg, go round in a circle (using the spoon) and it is then so easy to peel it

You can also dispense with an apple core by cutting the apple in halves and quarters, then scooping out the seeds and hard areas. Boom, all you have left is the stem and the seeds, no core.
Snowball fights and building snowmen are the best things about winter. And if your going to go through all the trouble of pulling the bones out of chicken wings why not just order boneless wings in the first place?

I used to eat boiled eggs but now I don't . But when I did,I got a spoon and took of the top then just eat the egg insid so the shell is surounding the egg like a bowl!
with the egg you just tap over it with a spoon until the whole thing is cracked then put the spoon under the shell and pry it off half the time this works half the time it doesnt but this is with me so it always works with my mom so idk try it?
