I had it on a classic rock 2 CD compilation back in the day, and it's so timeless that so many artists have covered it, from Hanson to Chris Isaak, to Letters to Cleo, to Dwight Yoakam; Cheap Trick even released a holiday-themed version called "I Want You for Christmas" in 2012, which is a very clever song!
@limori84 Lol, no Cheap Trick is a hard rock fan formed in the '70s, they are very famous. Its drummer, Bun E. Carlos, is Taylor's Tinted Windows bandmate. That'w where they know each other from.
haha them being there wasn't a surprise to me. Apparently Rick was on the Chicago news that thursday and said something about it and when I was talking to Zac in Indy about the Chicago shows he said something about having a "surprise" for one of the shows and I was like "Cheap Trick?" and he gave me the o_O how did you know look. So I explained how Rick had ruined the surprise.
I couldn't handle it if I was there when Zac came down I would have died. Awesome video
