One of my animation professors worked at Klasky Csupo and worked on Rugrats for a time. He was showing some of the character sheets he used in class one day, and the absolute hatred and disdain he had for the babies, especially Angelica was so raw. He hated them so much.
I imagine him introducing them on a slideshow like “Here’s that little fucker Tommy, and the duo of bastard and bitch Phil and Lil. Satan’s spawn herself Angelica”
He hates theme because every time he tries to go to sleep he's in Dill's place when Tommy was going to put honey on him and the monkeys would eat him.
In crash, half of the polygons on the screen are on Crash's model and the creator of vegigietales wanted to make sure most of the character detail went into the eyes. This is good character design practice.
I can totally see that. As an adult, the adult characters are far more relatable. I mean Stu is basically me now. The babies gradually got worse with their intelligence and perception of the world as the series went on.

There was an episode that scared the crap out of me as a little kid where Angelica made Tommy believe that he was full of stuffing and I had a nightmare that that was happening to me so I never watched Rugratz again.
HOLY SHIT ME TO! I didn't had a nightmare about it. But it made me more paranoid of getting hurt and thought if I get cut I might spill my insides out
That episode fucked me up somewhere in there, I barely remember it I just remember feeling really mortal after that. I think that's honestly probably why I'm so damn cautious, I've cut myself (aside from papercuts) like twice since I saw that as a little kid.

The scary episode was the one where Tommy gets a fictional giant baby brother that ruins his life, not that other thing.
I KNEW I DIDN’T MAKE THAT EPISODE UP! I remember Angelica telling the babies that everyone had blood inside and that getting hurt makes you lose it all. I was too terrified to watch the nightmare (I thought Tommy was gonna gush out a river of blood lmao) and closed my eyes it was over.

I've only watched a few Simpsons videos of OneyPlays, and this game was part of my childhood. I'm a difficult person to get to do more than quietly chuckle, but 1:09:52 is the one line that flipped the switch and got me crying with laughter.

Like night and day compared to the old playthrough. That one had its funny moments, but this one was hilarious from beginning to end.
