I don't get the hype about this show... Boring as heck, female lead may be a good person but she's not an good actress. Not to mention the fact that she looked very healthy for someone supposed to die of terrible illness.
As for the fact that she seemed too healthy to be sick, I agree with you, but it wasn't her choice. You should criticize the PD of the drama. For the rest, try to see the range of emotions she exhibited in one day, in Germany, from her honeymoon to the desperation of leaving her husband due to her death. As a viewer, you saw the scenes in episodes far apart from each other, but she, and Kim Soo Hyun recorded it in one or two days in the same place. To express such emotions in such a short time, you have to have real talent, otherwise you wouldn't remain believable on the screen. Trust me.
