    In my own opinion this man is educated. I see some comments that he is under graduate. Because of the colonial language he speaks. Who gives a (F) about that language. Education is not at the school. It’s within the society ✌️let justice guide our actions to ward the common good.

    This bridge is a Gambian bridge and that is very clear. Moreover, it is the Gambia which benefits from taxes and all payments for the crossing. Senegal just participated in the construction to facilitate transport and save time for the Senegalese populations on both sides. The two countries worked together to obtain financing from the AfDB, with the support of ECOWAS. That's all. For your information

    I agree! Because tribalism is a complete hindrance, That STOP growth and development of ANY Nation. If every tribe come to gather to donate what they can without any criticism to purchase concrete or asphalt To build better roads in Gambia. Then allow everyone that’s willing and capable of labor to volunteer their time and hard work to create beautiful road structures. Would be the most fulfilling attribute that the people of Gambia themselves will live to appreciate in harmony. Because they would be able to witness what they have created together everyday of their lives. And for the record STOP asking people who are Not African to help you. Please allow all Africans all over the earth to donate the money they can for the Gambian construction. And remember that Cash App or APPLE PAY Is a direct way to receive donated funding to purchase the supplies that needed. The people of should be willing to come together and donate their time and hard work for free. Those that work for free award should be free houses that they help work to build for themselves eventually. The agreement and contract will be everyone will work together until everyone who participates houses are built up to livable modern standard.

The project was jointly financed by the Bank Group (99.07%), the Government of Gambia (0.24%) and the Government of Senegal (0.69%). It is called Senegambia Bridge because it is a sub-regional bridge whose execution is shared by the two countries (although the bridge is entirely within Gambian territory). It was designed as part of opening up the ECOWAS region. This is to facilitate transportation between the northern and southern part of Senegal separated by Gambia.

      really Mr Ba In fact fulas in Senegal even demonstrated and marched against wolof language, they even stated openly that, the language wolof is not a real language we all have those fulas recorded saying this and some of them came into gambia with that same mentality. Now i suggest you check your own community and leave your politically driven motivation behind. Your whole claim is ridiculous, the reality is that mandibkas are the only tribe that is wide spread in every region in Gambia, but some fo you guys grew up in Banjul or Serrekunda then walk into other regions and expect them to speak whatever you are speaking. Lets reverse the question can people go to Dakar or any wolof dominated area and expect them to know mandinka or Jola or sarakule or whatever language. The demonstration against wolof language by fulas during Wades time was done by fulas and its welll documented and your community got their own business community that is tribe based and they sit every sunday and decide the prices of what things are gonna be and the interesting thing is they won't allow you to be a part of it unless you are a fula. all of these are facts and i can post the dates and write exactly where people are to find out about these incidents and communities if you dare to dispute it.

    Another desperate APRC sympathizer, Jammeh is gone and he’ll not come back again just deal with it. The issue isn’t wolof and mandinka, one is barely 10% and the other is 40%. The main issue with Gambia is normalized corruption within our institutions and the overall backwardness of our population.

    • @pangloss250
      @pangloss250 Před 22 dny +1

      About the bridge the man is not right at all. Ce pont est un pont gambien mais pas exclusivement réalisé par la Gambie. Il s'agit d'un financement participatif réalisé par la BAD et les 2 pays. Le projet a été financé conjointement par le Groupe de la Banque (99,07%), le Gouvernement de la Gambie (0,24%) et le Gouvernement du Sénégal (0,69%). Il est appelé Pont de la Sénégambie car il s'agit d'un pont sous-régional dont l'exécution est partagée par les deux pays (bien que le pont soit entièrement sur le territoire gambien). Il a été conçu dans le cadre du désenclavement de l'espace CEDEAO. Il s'agit de faciliter le transport entre la partie nord et la partie sud du Sénégal séparées par la Gambie.
