Jeremy, I received the intense as a gift from my husband yesterday and i adore it. The regular was my signature but this... this is something else. I love it ❤
The original CM edp literally gives me a headache, it’s so sharp and screechy. But the Intense is warmer, smoother, deeper (not just sweeter), and it is every bit as elegant as the original. I personally love it! Other Chanels I enjoy: Chance eau Tendre edp and Cristalle Verte edt, both for spring/summer. I like Coco Noir very much as well, but it does not perform well in terms of sillage/longevity for the price you’re paying, so I would never purchase. And ofcourse I love the classic Chanel no.5 edp, it was my mom’s scent.
I can always count on him to say the complete opposite of other reviews 🙄lol. Most people prefer the intense over the original, say the intense is sweeter, and say the projection/longevity is better than the original. I always take his reviews with a grain of salt because he’s always so far left but hey he’s entitled to his own opinion 🤷🏽♀️
I see why the intense is more for fall/winter & evening scent, but I’m disappointed with its projection. It doesn’t last long on me like the original. I should have bought other perfumes.

Neither are good 2 me. I do Love Chance Tendre "Gold label" intense and Gabrielle Chanel Essence. 💖

I wish I had watched it before I bought the Intense version.. the smell fades quickly. Poor sillage and projection.
It does not. It lasts for long time really. It is great as the original one. Just more sweeter and deeper.
