CRAZY RICH ASIANS HOMES - BEVERLY HILLS OF SINGAPORE
VloĆŸit
- Äas pĆidĂĄn 2. 08. 2020
- This video is about Crazy Rich Asians and where they possibly live in Singapore. Join me as i drive around the neighborhood of perhaps the most expensive houses in Singapore. Queen Astrid Park, Oei Tiong Nam Park, Leedon drive, Astrid Park. some of these houses have estate size of 20-30K square feet. In 2020, i found some on the market with price tags ranging from SGD $50-100 MILLION. that's USD $36-72 MILLION for your reference.
this video is a one off..
this channel PIGGYPUGGY is bringing you all about:
hawker centres. Singapore hawker centres. Singapore food. famous Singapore hawkers. hawker food. Singapore street food. street food in Singapore. whatever you'd call it đ
So much lush greenery, amongst tastefully built homes with such low boundaries, very pretty surroundings!!! TQ yet another good video!!!
Haha.. you've watched every hawker video till you found this clip? I was actually just testing out my GoPro đ
Wow thank u for making this video! I'm really interested in the houses that can be found in Singapoređ
I heard that Gallop Road, Cluny Hill, Dalvey Estate etc (as long as it's near Botanic Gardens), you can find many bungalows there. The houses in Mountbatten area are huge too. Some of them are very unique. And if you are a sucker for big house/mansions with tall pillars, you can find one of the biggest ones in 10 Kingsmead Road. There's also Villa Royal, which I believe belonged to the billionaire Kishin RK from the Royal Brothers located at 2 Walton Road. Some of the good villas (the ones with pillars) can also be found along Andrew Road & Chee Hoon Ave, Swettenham Rd & Leedon Park. Also on Nassim Road, the biggest residence there is owned by Brunei's prince. According to articles, it's the size of 92 5-room HDB flats. But for me personally I like the houses that are modern or quirky. One of the examples are the circular (?) or geometrical houses that makes use of different shapes to create the design of the house. You can find at least one of them along Peirce Hill, Jervois Hill, White House Rd/Park.

Awesome content, thanks for sharing!
It's nice to know that even the owners of SGD $100m properties have to leave their refuse bins on the road for collection! Okay, they probably have plenty of staff to do that for them, but even so it's the only connection with my life!
Nah, they have maids. Maids will do it for them
Thanks for taking me for a property viewing....feels great!
Love it.. The music is therapeutic as well..
These homes are so massive & well cared for. Amazing
Please film more places like this love it maybe you could do sentosa cove
Iâm waiting to get lucky đ to receive a GRAB FOOD delivery to Sentosa Cove đ€«

haha... was playing and testing my gopro back then..
I read the story of Oei Tiong Ham. He owned a huge bungalow and a big playground which the street hot its name. He was a rich tycoon from central java Indonesia. He was somewhat similar to Robert Kuok. He made good fortune from manufacturing cigarette, sugar, and other food stuffs. He was a good friend of the late Indonesian president Suharto.
Oei tiong ham died on 1924
Suharto was born in 1921
Idk how they became a good friend đ
All asset of oei tiong ham in Indonesia was nationalization to state company (PT. Perkebunan Nusantara) by Soekarno in 1961.
There is one oei name whos also famous in here
Oei wi gwan is the father of robert hartono who is also the richest person here.
When i turn tge captions on then ican see what youre saying nice thanks! Oh should drive around Seletar Sembawang area...I love looking at black n white houses im from Kuching so im used to be amazed at it too!!
Have have.. I've a video on sembawang black and white somewhere đ I now focus more on hawker food. Stay safe in Kuching.. I wish to visit someday
You should try explore Miri. Super huge mansion in Luak area
You will never see taxis around here cause everyone owns a car & probably one expensive enough to buy a HDB flat.
fxris xmxli haaaaavveee.. lots. All the helpers need to GRAB home or be challenged w a 20min walk from bus stop đ€Ł

Sentosa Cove landed properties do not have gates as they have their own security guard at the entrance, so residents will only be able to enter the landed property vicinity in Sentosa Cove...
actually sometimes they let you in.. đ€« but i think now with Covid.. security should be tighter
Love Singapore
Love the different areas
I usually stay at the boutique hotels Six Senses .. the Maxwell and also the Duxton .. but sadly they closed down because of the pandemic
Six Senses.. yeah I remember. Nice hotel
nice video editing esp the music.
I like this video i also like your video of largest antique shop in Singapore
An asset/object is only as valuable as the price that someone is willing to pay for it.
Inheriting a SGD 50 M is one thing BUT trying to maintain it may prove impossible without ever growing $$$$$$$$$$$

Damn. A completely diff world sia this one
If i had the house ill probly sell it and migrate and start buying houses there and keep on renting the houses
Hizn if you have this kind of houses, you must be very very rich already and would not think of selling or migrating.

Meanwhile the rest of us in our tiny hdb flats and condo apartments đđ»ââïž
Apartment living isn't so bad. My family owns a bungalow and I have lived in apartments too.
@@rayray2255 ye same
@@rayray2255 tell me you own a landed property, without telling me you own a landed property
Its ok. Be happy on what we have. Some people out there donât even have a roof over their head. We have living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining place to eat. Im happy and thankful for what i have. This people have succeeded in life probably doing business they have gone through the grind to be where they are now. Hopefully i will too and so do you đđŒ
I cant even afford condos. Can only buy a tiny 3room hdb using cpf
What a quiet neighboorhood they live in
Looks some parts of rich neighbourhoods in Kigali or Capetown
The frontages of the properties look a little unkempt. Obviously the estate does not have an HOA to keep a tab on things.
there are very little walking pathways there because you're expected to be driving all the way to the doorstep.
Plus their personal driveway after the front gate that can be as long as a public walkway from hdb flats to the bus stop
Despite being one of the most dense countries in the world the island still could house a lot of landed private properties...I wonder how many millions additional resident that Singapore could place if these houses don't exist. đ€
Look at the passing cars
the one with the guard house is actually in Astrid Hill. It used to be the house of K Shanmugam. He has since sold it so no more gurka
Wow! House of K Shamugam đź
Interesting how our Ministers afford super multimillion estates
Which time stamp is it? Is it 6:14?

Only 100K on general maintenance every year đ
Why would I sell it? If my forefathers able to leave behind a 50 million dollars house, I'm sure they will left behind alot more other assets and cash too..
Ya my forefather leaves me some sticks and sands
I thought you r going to tour us with one of houses there that worth 50 million dollars hahaha i waited long enough .
Oops.. wrong expectations đ Iâm just showing the estates and streets that are most expensive in Singapore. let me recommend you this video just 2 days back. Not mine đ

I find it interesting at 1:47 there's a helicopter but its registered in the United States and not Singapore. Here's the thing unider United States Federal and FAA law foreigners cannot legally register an aircraft for a United States N-Number.
Could be a salvaged non-working shell.
it looks too small to be real when you see it irl.
Nice and big. But kinda oldish looking.
lmao y u filming my house bruh
Bro, r u blatantly driving while using mobile phone to film?
Old school design not modern design like in America!
I am a proof of the wealth in Singapore, I used to be broke till I met Kathy Johnson and my life has forever changed.
Hahahahahaha, bro Kathy also changed my life bro, it's cool to see someone else she is helping make money. Cheers man.
please how do I get her, I would really love the help.

dude turn your camera sideways la. See the road not luxurious yo.
What? I thought the area near Orchard Road was the the rich area of SIngapore. Guess I was wrong LOL
Itâs still relatively near to Orchard.. so they have a chance to drive their Ferraris and Rolls to Orchard for manicure đ€Łđ
Super rich people stay in Orchard too. There are very exclusive landed properties in Orchard (Jalan Arnap, One Tree Hill) The prices per square foot there are around $4000. Super rich ones will also stay in super luxurious condominiums in the city
But if im not wrong in Orchard there are no Good Class Bungalows

5:44 Is that the Korean embassy or something or just a rich Korean guy living in S'Pore?
I think so... but kinda funny to have 1 lone embassy so deeply nestled inside residential area đŹ

If my fore father left me with 50million dollar house i would keep it stay or rent to somebody to make income of money to run a business i will never sell it those who are stupid gonna sell it without reason however this is my dream house ill buy one day

Luckily thereâs still Hawker centres for more affordable food

If i had the house i would prob sell it and save some money and buy a new house
Good idea eh actually
That's the low ses mindset
@@forestgreen7770 what?
@@asterix2385 I come from a family that has a similar bungalow, and we definitely don't have this mindset of just selling and spending the money. And neither do the people I know. Because if you sell a house for say 30 million, and you buy spend some of the money, then use say 20 million to buy a new house which will probably be a ripoff and less than half the size of the old one, it's truly a foolish move which will lead to capital losses. Because you won't get a good price for the existing house, and yet will have to shell out on the new house and the extortionate construction costs.

Ever take a bus and passing by holland village road but i dont see a house thats seems like holland style house, but now from thie video i know how big their house, it probably difficult to count the price in idr. Yang jadi pertanyaan saya, kerja apa ya kok bisa punya rumah sampai begitu besar di SG? Flat house super narrow room super expensive how about that house. Amazing
