    Great tips! I struggle with the workout part. I do have a routine and I incorporate reading throughout my week.
    I’ll probably add a 4th simple yet very effective action that help organize your time; no checking social media on your phone from the time you wake up until noon.

      @@B.H.1987 Thank you, I totally relate! I struggled to consistently work out for many years, I would be on one month, off the next. Only by waking up early and working out first thing in the morning, was I was able to stop skipping and be consistent. I made it as important as my job. After work is hard to be consistent because things come up but at 5 am, usually nothing comes up haha 😆
      No social media before noon is a great tip, thanks for sharing your input!!! 😊👏🙏
