- सुप्रीम कोर्ट में केंद्र सरकार ने एफिडेविट दिया है।जिसमें दावा किया गया है कि...नीट एग्जाम में बड़े स्तर पर गड़बड़ी नहीं हुई है। एग्जाम की पवित्रता कायम है। इसलिए पूरे एग्जाम को कैंसिल करना ठीक नहीं होगा। अब मैं आपको एक ऐसे केस के बारे में बताऊंगा जिसको अगर आधार बनाया गया तो NEET का एग्जाम कैंसिल होकर रहेगा।
दरअसल...साल 2014-15 के बीच DSSSB यानि Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board ने हेड क्लर्क की 231 पोस्ट के लिए POST निकाली थी। 62 हजार से ज्यादा कैंडिडेट्स ने एग्जाम के लिए फॉर्म भरे। एग्जाम हुआ भी। लेकिन TIER 1 और TIER 2 पेपर में नकल और पेपर लीक के आरोप लग गए
मामले की जांच के लिए दिल्ली के डिप्टी सीएम ने एक कमेटी बनाई...कमेटी ने एक विशेष जोन में गड़बड़ी की बात कबूली।
मार्च 2016 में DSSSB ने भी माना कि...पेपर में गड़बड़ी एक ही जोन तक सीमित है। बावजूद इसके दिल्ली के डिप्टी सीएम ने पूरे एग्जाम प्रोसेस को रद्द करने का आदेश दे दिया
डिप्टी सीएम के फैसले के खिलाफ एग्जाम देने वाले 6 कैंडिडेट्स ने Central Administrative Tribunal का रुख किया। कैंडिडेट्स ने कहा...पेपर में गड़बड़ी के आरोप सिर्फ वही कैंडिडेट लगा रहे हैं जो एग्जाम क्रैक करने के लिए दूसरा मौका चाहते हैं।
साल 2017 में TRIBUNAL ने DEPUTY CM के आदेश को खारिज कर दिया। आदेश दिया कि.. आरोपी 290 में से 281 कैंडिडेट्स पर आरोप साबित नहीं हुए हैं। इसलिए दोषी कैंडिडेट्स की पहचान की जाए पूरा एग्जाम कैंसिल न किया जाए। मामला दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट पहुंचा। दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने भी DSSSB के डीसीजन को ही बरकरार रखा।
इसके बाद मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट चला गया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने माना..अगर SYSTEMIC LEVEL पर गड़बड़ी हुई है तो ये एग्जाम PROCESS की CREDIBILITY पर सवाल खड़े करता है। इसलिए dsssb के पास इस एग्जाम को कैंसिल करने के अलावा कोई दूसरा ऑप्शन नहीं है। साल 2021 में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पूरे एग्जाम को कैंसिल कर दिया। बड़ी बात ये है कि...तब ये फैसला उस वक्त के सुप्रीम कोर्ट जज और आज के चीफ जस्टिस DY चंद्रचूड़ ने ही सुनाया था

I don't think we get justice.because court didn't cancel exam even if court found paper leak.lost faith in this education system
