I can't believe nobody's figured out yet that Jacob is constantly eavesdropping at the top of the stairs! He literally gets caught doing it, when Colleen tells his parents she's pregnant, it's on video but they don't realize what was happening. It's how he knew Colleen was pregnant, it's how he knew she was having twins, and it's even how he knew that his own parents were pregnant before the other kids. He creeps to the top of the stairs, hides there, and listens to the adults conversations. Goodness knows what he knows! Their house is too open plan.

Just a little advice...when my daughter was carrying her twins, she spent a lot of time in our pool. It definitely takes the pressure off your back and your whole body to be honest.

9 years ago my best friend had twins, and after wrote an incredible book that instead of being scary or heavily medical, is meant to be really comforting, nurturing, and funny for those having a twin pregnancy. I’m a twin and it’s the best because it’s being born with the best friend you’ll ever have. As they get older though, I would suggest avoiding comparing them too much or making them match and recognize that they are two separate individuals. Allow them to find their own personal styles, interests, and personalities. From personal experience, being a twin can also be so painful because it’s awful to feel like people only see you as “the twins” or compare you too much and cause insecurities or not appreciate who you are as an individual. Encourage their bond but also encourage their independence! ❤️❤️

As a twin, I always appreciated my mum for making me and my sister feel like individuals when the rest of the world treated us like a group person. I know you’ll encourage your twins to be who they are respectively as you’re just an amazing person and an amazing mother and I’m sure your twins will appreciate it

I’m an identical twin and I’m really grateful that we’re were treated as individuals by my parents (different outfits, gifts, etc) I get how it can be cute to dress baby twins the same but finding identity can be hard as you grow up- like sometimes i feel like a spectacle. And of course I know that Colleen will raise them to be true to themselves and I’m so excited for her!

I'm just so happy for her. The fact that she got blessed with twins right after the grief of a miscarriage is really one of the best things that has happened this whole year. I am a twin, so I know those children will be best friends for life and are so lucky.

I've always seen things about how butterflies are related to loved ones who have passed, and I thought it was so interesting that when you released one of the butterflies it landed on your stomach. I saw in your recent video how you felt more connected to your grandfather because he was a twin and now you're having twins, and I just feel like there was a reason that the butterfly landed on you. hey i know you won’t see this but a good tip for twins is on birthdays and things do 2 separate cakes, two birthday songs, etc. because they are individuals and they should EACH be celebrated

As a twin, I was okay with the birthday song just being one, but we always had separate cakes which I really appreciated because you’re right we were two different people. Already born Twin Here! Just wanted to say congratulations on being pregnant 🤰, Now I wouldn’t want to tell you how to parent your children because you and Erik are doing a great job with Flynn and I am positive that you will continue doing that with the new babies. But... the best thing that my parents ever did with me and my twin, was that they made sure no one called us “the twins” which allowed us to be individuals. Now I am not saying that you can’t call them “the twins” but when they grow up they will really appreciate being seen as individuals by their peers. Another thing my parents never did with me and my twin, was dress us alike (except in cute baby photo shoots) we shared a wardrobe till we were 5 and our parents never let us go to school wearing the same thing. Congratulations again to you and Erik! I am sure that Flynn will be a great big brother!

@@snoopikitten actually it depends on when they twins were conceived. It’s called the Shettles Method. Male Sperm swims the fastest but Female Sperm lives the longest. To get a girl you want to try and conceive three/four days before your ovulation because by the ovulation all the male perm will have died quicker. So when you ovulate all that will be left is female sperm. To get a boy, you want to try and conceive on the highest point of your ovulation day because of how fast they swim.

I think one of the biggest clues was "I'm pretty sure I won't go to my due date for reasons I can't talk about yet." When talking about your due date was a huge clue.

I agree! With my daughter and my pregnancy now(def think it’s a girl!) I’ve had such high hcg. I know Colleen is having twins but my hcg quadrupled with both girl pregnancies and the sickness was willllldd. So I think it’s two girls too!
This honestly is the best situation in a way for you, since it sucks being pregnant, you get to have two babies in one pregnancy! How special is that. So perfect for you and your family and to bring a connection to your grandfather. 💗💗💗

I was 18 when I got pregnant with my twins and I was beyond terrified I was so tiny and just scared to death two babies are super fun but also scary my twins are now 14 and it's been the best experience of my life being their mom 💕

Hey Colleen. I just wanted to suggest staying hydrated. One thing my doctor said, “what you do or don’t do today makes a huge impact for you tomorrow”. Meaning if you get the hydrated today, it will really hurt you tomorrow. This really helped me stay on top of it.
I’m pretty sure that it’s going to be boy-girl twins because in the baby psychic video she did say she did see two boys, but what if those two boys are Flynn and the twin boy and the other is a girl. I don’t know that’s just what I think
