    Ingredients:
    100 g pork belly (sliced lengthwise)
    200 g rice noodles
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tbsp. oil
    600 ml water
    1 pack laksa paste
    1 cup coconut milk
    Toppings:
    25 g shitake mushroom (sliced)
    30 g bean sprouts
    3 pcs. bok choy
    1 stick crab stick (sliced)
    half boiled egg
    Cooking Procedure:
    1. Boil water in a pot or wok then blanch bokchoy for seconds and place in cold water with ice and set aside.
    Note: Rice noodles were already cooked as per packaging instructions. You may use spaghetti, fettuccini or yellow noodles as a substitute.
    2. Heat the pan on medium heat and pour in the oil. Fry the pork belly side to side until brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
    3. Heat the wok and pour in water and boil. Add laksa premix and mix until dissolved followed by laksa paste. Mix thoroughly.
    4. Add coconut milk followed by sambal paste. Continue mixing then turn off the stove.
    5. Prepare a bowl with rice noodles, pour in laksa sauce. Top with fried pork, shitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, bokchoy, crab sticks and boiled egg.
    6. Serve hot and enjoy.
