While Pochita as CSM is fearsome in his own right due to his carnage incarnate, Denji is extra fearsome due to his lunacy and craze. He was able to make devils, devil hunters and people piss their pants when he went all out, and I think that's what Quanxi is talking about here. The scene that I think she most likely thinks as an example is the fight against Santa Claus, when Denji coated himself on fire and didn't gave a fuck about Santa's promises of torturing him for the rest of eternity, he's completely off the rails.
To be fair…. Dennis how do you scare someone like Dennis with death or torture?
First chapter he trades a testicle and sn eye for money and is chopped to pieces and tossed in the trash.
Quanxi casually dominating everyone was so cool, it was one of the highlights of the international assassins arc in part of CSM.
This chapter also made me recognize Yoshida's power level some more. He was actually able to keep up with Quanxi, I know people may point to him retreating from Yoru, but her Room Sword is way more powerful than the Scalpel Sword
He didn't retreat cuz of her sword he was still there to fight her after seeing the sword but when moved so fast that she teleported behind him crashed into the wall he thought he doesn't stand a chance as he can't follow her movements ig that's why I don't understand what's going on yoru should have been able to keep up with her even the nail fiend was doing kinda ok Fujimoto sometimes just nerfs his characters or else quanxi is just too broken
@@erenyeager6210 Asa literally has no connection to the scalpel so why would it do anything significant to Quanxi? That makes no sense. Yoru also said "This might take some adjustment" right after striking Yoshida
@@VaruunkaiSpywhen Yoshida attacked her for 2nd time both of them were shocked cuz he couldn't slice her hand and at that time she didn't have sword it was a sudden rise in her power cuz of war going on outside and that's also the reason for Inc in speed not the sword and cuz of that sudden power increase she could control her speed and said this needs adjustment
@@erenyeager6210 we literally saw with Yuko that pencils and random objects are not good weapons for Yoru, its the same with the scalpel. Again, you are ignoring that Yoru's power is very reliant on Asa's emotional connection to her object, not just War happening outside.

I really want katana man to be more prominent since I want him to be developed as a character other than he hates denji. I really like how he was given a personality but sadly he got killed already, still I'm hoping that he recovers immediately.
I mean katana man has always been sorta a joke character bc he is biased af and under layers of delusion, he is cool and also strong but can't be a powerhouse in his own, kobeni beat his ass raw on her lunch break.
Honestly at this point I wouldn't be surprised that the first thing that happens when they put Denji back together and revive him is that he wakes up and kills them all.
Quanxi is such a gem of a woman, and Eyepatch dude getting pegged and slashed by his wife was awesome 😂 I wonder what Yoru will do since she hesitated like that.
To be fair while under the influence of makima, she fought and survived a pochita in his prime. She is aware of what denji or rather pochita is capable of doing. Over all she is a bounty hunter, she wont risk her life over money

@@erenyeager6210 Denji didn't do shit. Sure, he set her on fire which slowered her regeneration but Cosmo was the one who truly defeated her. She made her lose her mind, which is much more important feat in a fight with someone with such hax.

Quanxi didn't want to fight *Denji* . He saw his head and her reaction was 'Nope, not gonna fight CSM'. Which means she doesn't want to fight Chainsaw Man in *any* form; no matter if it's Denji (unexperienced, nuts) or Pochita (experienced).
Also, I doubt Pochita is weaker in experience.
Also, Quanxi said 'He's weaker' in response to Yoru's "Is Chainsaw Man stronger than you?". Which confirms she talks about Denji!Chainsaw Man (at least at that time).

Reminder that Asa has no connection to the Scalpel Sword, so why would Yoru beat Quanxi with it? Despite the growing fear of War, her lack of a good weapon was the reason for her loss i'd say

But i think she meant denji cuz denji has always fought against enemies who were far more stronger than him and he had no chance at start but at the end he defeats them somehow thats what makes him fearsome his battle iq and adaptability gotta be insane

But why would she find him fearsome? Esp since she fought him before with no trouble, after seeing his feats. Her saying he's more fearsome than here *directly* correlates to her saying her old friend (Kishibe) told her to never go against CSM (and why would he said that if he didn't mean CSM's powers) (especially since hes one of the only people who know about this power)?

Quanxi represents that (almost) unreachable height in power that only a few individuals could stand up against. It's interesting to see how Fujimoto manages to solve conflicts involving her and even make her lose while keeping her power level consistent.
Last chapter, I thought that maybe Yoru'd be able to fend her off, had she got ahold of a powerful weapon, but that did not happen, and the one that might still had an ace up her sleeve mysteriously vanished during combat.
I’ll say at least Katana Man kept things funny for a lil bit. I do agree that he could’ve done something far more than what Fujimoto has made him do as of late but at least we didn’t change the person he is. He’s still a CSM hater to the highest degree.
This weird arc has been one of my favorite arcs in csm just for the reason its weekly and also the weord energy it carries.
I believe we will see kishibe soon (at least i hope). I think he was the one to save nayuta from the mob
Maybe Samurai has been trying new things, but he defaulted to old reliable on an opponent he didn't think he'd be able to safely experiment against.
Or, maybe this will be the push Samurai needs to start applying his powers more creatively. There was that one time he used a razor wind attack in his first fight with Denji, he might try that again at some point. Maybe he'll use leg katanas.
Or maybe he'll just keep using the sword draw slash.

I think that since Katana man is a hybrid like Denji that they can just bring him back, he might even be a formidable allie to have in whatever the big fight of this part will be so im not sure if hes completely gone just because Quanxi killed him. (me when im coping 😢)

Chainsawman is fearsome yes but Denji as its host makes it even worst because he's willing to go in any extent in order to get what he needs. This is even evedent in his fights where its so messy but his yearn to win and using tactics that is just raw adrenaline with the use of his brain and a hint of like " i think it'll be fun to try this" adding creativity in it is really something. This guy sold his balls to survive and pay a dept thats impossible to get payed till he dies. Fulfilling his promise to pochita to live his dreams created a desire to keep his new life to stay and doing what makima has told him to do cause she's his savior (and touch boobs) only to got his new life involving his family power and aki to get killed. Even risking removing his heart to come up with an execution plan to kill makima to selling his self to become a chair so that he can save money for nayuta's future. Like this guy does literally EVERYTHING IN HIS BEST to fulfill what he wants to fulfill even though he's left with so much casualties and misfortunes at the end of the day. Worst thing is that one day he'll just lost all determination to live but after all the deaths and hell he's been through, HE STILL GETS UP. He's literally more fearsome than any devils out there

Weakened Pochita was still able to one shot Quanxi and Denji was able to take on three hybrids while mutilating his own body. I fully think at this point he'd be able to take Quanxi, even if he'd keel over after.
I've been loving the surgeons, who knew they were chill like that 😎 Also, what's up with the eyepatch kid from CSM fan club looking like Fire Punch (Agni)?
Especially the head surgeon, like when Asa and the others came in he didn't flinch he was like

Next chapter will be a switch from Prison break to Nayuta. Now you can make a bet on who will save Nayuta. Fake Chainsaw or Kishibe? My bet is on Fake Chainsaw. It's the perfect timing for his return and reveal of his character being a sister of Nayuta. Death Devil incarnation capable of taking any form as Death has many faces. It will be revealed that this whole Nostradamus prophecy was not about her, but about certain someone who will very soon gain the power of ultimate Chainsaw Devil. It will be not Pochitta, but Denji himself in control of the most dangerous power in this world. And he will bring the terror. That's what this prophecy was all about. There is like 40 to 50 chapters left to finish Chainsaw Man 2 story.

Altho, I thought that by 'he's more fearsome than me' Quanxi meant CSM's ability to erase. Especially since it was Kishibe (most likely) who warned her of CSM (and he is one of the only people that know about CSM's ability). If it was about adapting, Quanxi wouldn't be so 'scared' to fight him. And she would make this conclusion herself by watching him fight.
She would definitely be scared of him ig y'all are forgetting quanxi couldn't do anything against Santa/doll devil Denji defeated her with his unique ability of adaptation
@@erenyeager6210 Um, no. Who defeated Santa was Cosmo, on Quanxi's orders. And Quanxi wasn't scared of her. And of him. In fact, she was fine with attacking him mid-battle.
Also, Quanxi is also very adaptable. Why would she think CSM is more fearsome than her?

The one thing that *killed* Santa and stopped her regenerating/transferring damage was Cosmo's Domain Expension.

@@TheSoulCalledZuziait’s not that she’s boring, but it’s that she always appears making no fights engaging because of how little effort she puts into killing her opponents. Take Gojo for example, he has been stated multiple times by the narrator to be the most powerful sorcerer of today. The reason why fans are always excited to see him in action is because he doesn’t appear all the time, but when he does the audience are all cheering for him. Not only that, but there are times when he is shown to struggle in fights making the hype for him more well deserved. Over the past few arcs, we’ve been seeing Quanxi in action almost every time, which takes away all the hype because of how frequent she appears lately. The whole point is that if the strongest character always appears, then what’s the point of hyping them up? It’s just gonna end up with the same result as before
@@Ferrari03 She doesn't appear that often, though; only in International Assasins Arc where she had a (undecisive) fight with Yoshida, died to Darkness Devil, helped Denji fight with Santa... for the most part and died to Makima. Sure, she killed quite a lot of randoms, but those are randoms (also got stabbed by her GF). She doesn't even kill the main villain, it's Denji+Cosmo's doing.
In Control Devil arc she fights with Pochita and still doesn't win.
In current arc she appeared only to save Denji, Nayuta and Fumiko from Fakesaw Men (and she killed some of them, too) and after that she stayed behind to protect Denji from being shot by that one guy who suspected Denji of being FSM.
And of course she was meant to fight Yoru/Mitaka, Katana and Nail, but even then she kills Katana and gives up the fight, lol.
Quanxi is powerful, but she doesn't really have much wins.

Fujimoto has given up. Theres no tension whatsoever, all the characters behave like idiots and he just brings back older ones for pure fanservice. Part 2 was an opportunity to do something better with Asa as protagonist and he is just fumbling it week after week.

Quanxi has ruined the tension every time she has appeared in part 2... It's like Fujimoto just brought her back to not worry about drawing complicated action scenes and situations.
She's not a good character specially the way she has been used so far.
