Our EcologiGALs Program creates environmental science career opportunities for high school girls in three ways: engaging them in college-level field work at our Making Trash Bloom Pollinator Meadow at the Fairfax County I-66 Transfer Station (landfill); building mentoring relationships with female college conservation science majors; and connecting them firsthand with women at the top of environmental fields.
