    Straight to the point unlike other channels that rants on before they get to the point, only to find out they mentioned nothing about ratio. Thanks man!

    Very good low price stuff . Can you use to fertilize plants in beds with soil? Thank you for your response

    • @GrowSomethinwithJeff
      @GrowSomethinwithJeff Před 3 lety +2

      Yes you can. Most hydroponic growers put the old solution into their soil garden if they grow in soil too.

    • @megaflux7144
      @megaflux7144 Před 3 lety +1

      @@GrowSomethinwithJeff uh, no we dont. that would most likely nuke our plants because we run high EC and soil plants cant handle that.. unless ofcourse youre talking about hydroponic growers who have 0 clue what they are doing.

    • @GrowSomethinwithJeff
      @GrowSomethinwithJeff Před 3 lety +1

      @@megaflux7144 after you have run through a grow cycle there is usually a much lower level of nutrients in the water, I know many hydro growers that use that in soil raised beds with very good luck. I'm not sure how high you mix your nutrients, but they should still be pretty low after a grow cycle.

    • @megaflux7144
      @megaflux7144 Před 3 lety

      @@GrowSomethinwithJeff a "grow cycle"? are you on crack? flush weekly and push the PPM as high as you can without killing the plant! nevermind that MJ doesnt have the nitrogen reqs that normal plants have, week after week the soil would definitely become toxic. i guess it would be ok for like trees or something with a root system that took years to establish, but things like veggies or berries would almost definitely die if you start pouring 15+ gallons of nutrient solution on them week after week.

      You can buy PH down.

    • @onekerri1
      @onekerri1 Před 2 lety +4

      If your pH is too low, it's too ACIDIC, and you need to add baking soda to make it more alkaline (to raise the pH level). Simply stir in a teaspoon of baking soda, one at a time, until you reach the desired pH.
      If your pH is too high, it's too ALKALINE, and you need to add white vinegar to make it more acidic (to lower the pH level). Simply stir in a teaspoon of white vinegar, one at a time, until you reach the desired pH.
