Clearly defined sir, Thankyou, and at the same time, in these (appx more than 07)states also paper leaked, maharastra, (latur, )Rajastan, west bengal, Now, there are 04 doctors (paper )solvers from AIIMS from Bihar were arrested...The PS of Mr.Tejas yadav also involved in these case. What should prove further to the NTA, NDA, and to The CJI.. The CBI do anything else...😂 Can we expect ? One of these victims arrested out of which from child play school were accepted that one day before the question was leaked. The Bihar police FIR also the evidence of paper leak on 04thmay 24..see..can we justified ? through who is actually benefited from this IIT graph. represent curve, data, etc ...
True sir. the CBI report is not available with us (obvious reasons) on exact details but definitely there is much beyond patna. some like maharashtra etc - not sure if it is directly related - but have to wait to check on those as well. the numbers 150 + involved or 250+ involved are worrying as it could have been any higher number. we need to wait for those arguments to happen on Monday. And how the supreme court perceived it. without the arrest of Sanjeev mukhia(even though Rakesh Ranjan has been arrested), we might not know the actual extent to which the leak happened

Sir! One thing, please let us know that there are many students affected by OMR/score mismatch ie., as per OMR my son got 620 but in the score card it's 395. Similarly thousands of children are affected and they are helpless for rectification. Neither SC nor NTA/Govt didnt bother about this. The solution, all the OMR should be evaluated and score card should be issued accordingly!

This is an unfortunate situation for you - and what some other candidates are into as well. Since Grace Marks, NEET Paper leak has become sensational, some of the other genuine issues have not been taken up. Genuine OMR related issue for a few candidates have also been shot down since there are many fake OMR claims too. Similarly time related issues that happened for other candidates in other centers have also not be taken up. Such is the situation now.
Yesterday 2 cases that were listed as Item 5 and Item 6 are OMR sheet related cases (they were listed before the NEET UG Reneet related cases). These were discussed briefly too. The problem with this is that Case No.5 is a candidate who almost every year comes back saying my OMR sheet was tampered with and asks for Reneet for him alone. Case no. 6 may have been a genuine case (we will come to know later). Now both cases have been posted for later since they are individual related cases to prioritize on the Reneet cases. The Supreme court chief justice actually asked them initially (ON OMR case item no 5) on why relief was not sought in the Delhi high court.
The only possibility now in your scenario too is to go to the high court for redressal. Not everyone can do that / it is not affordable for everyone too. A better process and a stronger grievance mechanism from the authority without everyone having to court is the need of the hour as well. Even if not for all, but your specific representation should be addressed sir. Also, if we add on, acting strongly on fake claims - that helps too (OMR issue almost died down after the tampering done by one person was found out to be fake). Only a better mechanism and strong action can ensure transparency and confidence on NTA or any authority - this is our opinion sir.

But in my issue if I go to Court, I swear on God that nothing will be materialised.
The painful issue in our case is, the 620 marks became 395 at the same time that some lucky student who got 395 only would have got 620 due to mismatch.

The data is to be masked mam. As in roll numbers provided will not be exact roll numbers. Dummy roll numbers will be provided. This - for sure NTA will take care of.
