@@larrygomez5521 it's very easy to sit and talk until you have to find the parts for the projects and put out 3 CZcams videos a week. You really need to just enjoy the content. Robbie and Demri and Hillbilly 's kids are giving up a hell of a lot of family time for your free entertainment three times a week.

Great recovery, Robby and team! Time to supercharge the skid steer.
It does already have a turbo. It's all limited to the hydraulic system.
Needs a Super High output hydraulic system to the tracks & if needed the normal high/low output hydraulic system the normally use to run the arms/whatever is attached..
The boss sure adds alot of good content...to the recoveries...

Robby you really need to super charge the skid steer especially since rabbit mode is only 8 miles an hour. It needs more power.

I'm impressed with the skid steer. What if the machine had dual spools? Maybe a rear winch to use for anchor point?
The only problem with that is they will have to take it down or off to be able to check the levels of the fluid and on some skid steer the gas neck is in the engine compartment.

Another, excellent recovery by, Robby & Co!! All except for, NO DARN GOOD RUGGED FLASH-LIGHTS!! I can’t believe the amount of people I see nowadays using a cell phone for a flashlight. Lol 😆 lol.
Matt the other night was using his, cellphone 📱 instead, of an excellent flashlight. So was Paul of the FABRATS In his latest video right before I watch this one.
He was using his cell phone. Once again. Every person I subscribe to that does off-road recovery doesn’t seem to own a flashlight.
There’s one man I subscribed to that does on road recovery only, and that is all he uses, is excellent, outstanding, ultrabright, and rugged and waterproof flashlights. For him, and everybody, that make-up all the team-members. Use nothing but, flashlights 🔦!! Lol 😆
Even the owner of the truck / camper was outside with his cell phone 📱 using it in the place of an excellent rugged, flashlight 🔦. Don’t think that I am picking on Robby.
I’m not. Every person I watch that does off-road recovery, and I watch them at night do recoveries, and not a one of them uses a flashlight. Lol 😆 lol.
I keep an outstanding type of flashlight that passes my approval in all 3 of my vehicles and including my wife’s 2 different vehicles. Including, a box of emergency 🚨 road side road-flares in both of hers.
And I keep the same box of 8 road flares in my 3. One SUV And 2, separate pickups. Ford F-250 and 1-F-350 SRW LWB. And a good size emergency safety kit. CERTIFIED By both, OSHA / DOT… Yes she knows how to use the flares. And so do every policeman / Highway Patrolman…

That new shield/digger attachment, of the skid steer, really proved it's worth. The amount of power your were able to deliver, via winch, was astounding.
The Skiddy Cat did a real good job, but it take so long to get to the job. I don't know how you get a skid steer to increase its road speed, but I think it would definitely be worth a little inquiring. Great job, great team.
Skid steers are not designed for speed. Some do have a two speed option, which does increase the speed.

Robbie and Rory are assembling the parts for his wrecker. Everything in it's time. Spouting off about hurrying up things that you know nothing about is childish. It costs a lot of money to build the projects. Today he got a double dip on the profit side. A paid for tow and a CZcams video.
Well Robby that skid steer may not be as fast as a wrecker but it does work a little better then a wrecker at times

I watch the other recovery people on CZcams, all work w/out gloves. Robby and crew all used gloves, smart guys. When the job is done, take off the gloves, your hands are clean, and not injured. I hate hand injuries.

That little skid/steer is a BEAST!!! Pulling that whole pickup/camper sideways was epic. That recovery would have been a lot harder without it due to the lack of room.

All the super charger will do is increase the power and only a little bit of speed you would have to change the gearing to increase the speed of the skid steer

As always you guys do some great work. Btw, the boss says that you need to super charge the skid steer lol 8 mph was way to slow 🐌.... that would probably really rattle you around in that thing. Don't know what could replace it..but can understand it's slow going. Definitely need some headphones 🎧... and allow for communication amongst each other. Nice thing about the skid steer is the weight and it's solid... great anchor point for the big winch... just slow going... Maybe you need a good well built smaller 4wd flatbed that can haul it yet access the area where the rollback can't ??? Like a GIANT Robbie Layton Wrecker ? Lots of lights to light up the area... high clearance... weight and heavy frame...large winch ... radio communication gear ... all wheel steer ability... lockers.. 🤔...

A t16 universal carrier, also known as a bren gun carrier, could be re-powered, would be great to mount the winch box to, it's a lot faster, than the skid steer, great work yall

You should put those snow ramps with you guys on the recoverys to put over the mud holes so your not worried about the tirs fall back in , another towing company used theirs to put over a colvert to keep their tow truck from going into the hole while driving over the hole.

You can not make it faster. The skid steer. It is a diesel hydraulic system. You may be able to change the motors out. But it will take from other aspects. 8mph is a good speed mine tops at 5.

What you may have to do is to change the final drive ratio to get more speed out of the skidsteer.
I have repaired a lot of skid steers. They are not built for speed,and become hard to control at higher speeds. Some models do have a two speed option for more ground speed.

Some skid steers do have a two speed option, for traveling longer distances.
Skid steers do not have a traditional transmission, and are hydraulically driven. More horsepower, does not increase speed.
