How about Sharon and Ozzy throwing Lee Kerslake and Bob Daisley out of the band right before the Blizzard of Oz band started touring their second album? They never even paid them for writing the songs on those albums either.

In Edward Van Halen's defense , he wrote all the songs . And he didn't just write guitar and keyboards . He also wrote the bass and drum parts too . A member of Blue Oyster Cult defended Ed . He told the story about how he wrote a song and asked if everyone should get credit for songs and one band member was against sharing . So the band didn't share the song credit for this song and that ine member against sharing credit outed himself of some royalties . Mike is a great bass player and everything BUT he never wrote any song . He was a session player .
Anthony didn’t contribute any musical ideas but he was more than a session player for VH. He helped build the band long before their first album, which is why they decided on an equal 4 way split when they signed with WB.

I agree Bach makes Skid Row, you can replace a drummer, bass player, lead guitarist but you can't replace the voice of the band who is the face of the band .
Ehhh snake probably would have something to say. Still to this day no one can play certain songs that he made. Bach was and sounded like every other singer in the 80s but as far instruments snake brought the heavy that other bands didn’t do.

Funny thing is DLR picked Van Halen as the name of the band. He thought it sounded cool.
Roth was not just a rockstar he was a great writer and was why his VH albums are so good. And it's why they become goofy once he left.

Joe Perry seems like a jerk. Mustaine being fired was the best thing that ever happened to him. Although he’s not as rich probably.
He released a book awhile ago . He went to promote his book @ CNBC and they kept delaying his appearance on the show because of the market volatility . When they finally started talking to him he only answered a couple questions and then they cut him off because of the market earnings . It was funny because he wasn't happy about how they treated him like 💩 .
Perry wasn't out of Aerosmith for 10 years...more like 5.
