লিগালাইজেশনের জন্য কনসুলেট অফিসে ডকুমেন্টস জমা দিয়ে আসলাম গতমাসে। ফেব্রুয়ারী'২৫ ইন্টেকের জন্য এপ্লাই করেছি। ইনশাআল্লাহ আল্লাহ চাইলে সামনের বছর অষ্ট্রিয়া তে থাকবো।

It is not necessary (neither when submitting your application, nor at the time of admission) to wait for your final diploma or the like.
A signed and stamped document of your university confirming that you have completed your previous (bachelor) degree, that is, all required exams (including your bachelor thesis) have been taken, marked and passed, together with your transcript of records/diploma supplement will also be accepted as confirmation of your graduation. Screenshots of e-mails or the like is not sufficient.
If you choose to apply with provisional docuements, then these have to be legalised.
Regarding the timeframe: Due to the high number of applications, the processing of an application takes several weeks and the grace period starts only after your application has been processed. Therefore, you could have enough time to gather all the required documents.
However, in light of the fact that the registration for courses is usually open during February (summer semester) and/or September (winter semester), we cannot guarantee that you will be able to register for all courses that you wish to register for, if you complete your application too late.

Dear Junayed Siam,
the general university entrance qualification for admission to a master's programme must be proven by the completion of a subject-related bachelor's programme and absolved at a recognized University.
After checking your documents we will forward them to the faculty and they will judge if you fulfill the general university entrance qualification for the master’s programme.
Only application documents can be processed with documents proofing the conclusion of the studies. Intermediate certificates or confirmations, temporary transcripts etc. are not accepted.
You can apply with your Provisional Certificate and Official transcript those documents need to be certified with the correct double authentication.
The official degree certificate can be submitted later and doesn’t need to be authenticated (double authentication) again.
The closing date for application for winter semester 2024/25 is 15th May 2024.
