  • Chocolate Moist Cake
    Chocolate moist cake is a combination made of chocolate or cocoa powder and some of ingredients, sometimes also made of chocolate fudge with chocolate frosting that is delicious and sweet made of pure chocolate bar.
    Ingredients:
    All-purpose flour - 210 grams
    Cocoa powder - 112 grams
    Baking powder - 6 grams
    Baking soda - 6 grams
    Salt - 6 grams
    Granulated sugar - 420 grams
    Eggs - 2 whole
    Corn oil - 120 ml
    Whole milk - 240 ml
    Vanilla - 10 grams
    Hot water - 100 ml
    Chocolate Ganache
    Chocolate bar - 750 grams
    Heavy cream - 375 ml
    Method :
    1. Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 350 Fahrenheit / 175 Degree Celsius. Prepare with parchment paper 8x3 inches round pan.
    2. ⁠In a bowl mix together all wet ingredients ( except the hot water ). Whisk until combined. Set aside.
    3. ⁠In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients and whisk to combined.
    4. ⁠Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Stir until combined. Add hot water mix until well combined.
    5. ⁠Pour into prepared pan and bake until there is no cake mixture on the stick when inserted in the center ( about 40 to 45 minutes ).
    Chocolate Ganache
    1. Chop chocolate into small pieces.
    2. ⁠Combined chocolate and heavy cream bring to melting with using double boiler. Mix until combined.

    Kabayan ung moist spounge mo walang suka.pati ung ganache mo walang butter.kaya dry Hindi makimtab

      Ah, yung sa chocolate base ko po hindi sya sponge cake heavy base po sya then walang suka kasi hindi sya kind of red velvet cake mag ka crumble po kasi kapag nilalagyn ng suka which is na ginagamit na method sa red velvet, sa Ganache naman po pure milk chocolate ang ginamit ko walang halong dark kaya medyo light ang kulay. Thanks po sa advice😊
