Remaking my Vtuber Model!

I might be a bit out of it in the voice over but I hope you enjoy the timelapse of me drawing and rigging my new model! :'D I tried to cram it into two days and here is the result! An ambiguous amount of time for rigging and about 5-6 hours for drawing!

ahhh thank you so much!! There are a lot of videos that really make the settings less daunting! If you ever do rigging for a 2D model then good luck! Im sure it would look wonderful :D

I draw models to order and it's quite funny to look at it from that position. It's so much like my first time. At that time, I had no idea how great it could be to embody other people's desires and fantasies in this way. I wish everyone who wants to follow the same path, great patience and love for their creation!

I've been watching your videos and streams for a couple months now and I just recently wanted to learn how to draw my own vtuber model but I somehow was so overwhelmed with where to start the model and how to approach it. But seeing this video and seeing how you went on about it gave me so much inspiration and the idea on how to approach the whole thing! Thank you so much!

something that helped me loads in terms of janky lines is making the mesh myself for the intricate parts like eyes and mouth! its very easy to do and offers a lot more detail, cant recommend that enough!

I rlly want to make a vtuber but idk how to rig or render but aside that the model turned out beautiful
I definitely need to learn to make my own, but the meshes and all that (trypophobia kicked in so bad when I saw someone's wip) so I was contemplating just doing a plain, flat colour asf model instead just so long as I have something that moves, but, aaaaa this really makes me want to try harder than that.

Love your art and videos! I ususally dont comment but you said you prefeer to work on paint tool sai and that it doesnt have a mirroring tool but there is (its close to the place you use to create a folder) ! At least in ver. 2 :D Its also my favorite program so I hope my comment helps you

Live 2d? I think so, if I’m wrong then it’s probably a monthly subscription
@@aqui0 there's different plans like a yearly plan and 3 year plan but I think the base version itself it free
live2d pro is a monthly subscription but you can use the trial version for the pro for like 42 days? But it is also possible to rig your model on the free version! The Hiyori model is rigged on the free version! :)

I’ve been think to make a v-tuber model so that I can either remake or use it in the future. I know how to do the drawing. I just need to find something to rig it
Personally, I use live 2D, I think it's one of the best, hope you find the one you're looking for though!

Hello, I have a question, could you help me, there are blueprints that can be drawn, I know vtuber wanted to give it to me because I can't draw
Wait, but Paint Tool Sai does have a symmetry tool. I don't really use SAI so I can't tell what version you're using, but it was for sure added to SAI 2.
I have version 1 as listed at the beginning of the video :) I know version 2 has a lot more tools but my fave brushes are all on version !
