Today you spoke about the passing away of Swami Vivekananda. I couldn't hold my tears and during meditation my mind was restless. I was only visualising the last day of Swami ji. Thanks for saying “not that everything will go away but suffering will be less” I believe that is true. There’s no way to escape the presence of something. But there’s a way to prevent it from totally destroying your state , or depleting you because every challenge in samsara is only something, never everything. That’s a relief.
