    How on earth can UAE keep expecting to expand in Hospitality, Leisure & Tourism. Already Dubai has as many restaurants, cafes, bars as London, but with only1/3 of the population.

      Nikki Beach location is not too good. But Address and JW Marriott (especially) are much better. The best project is Danah Bay because villas are so exclusive but sold out so nobody talks about it

      Nikki Beach still a great investment with the brand name and reputed developer. Great sea views for 2BR & 3BR and one of the few projects with private beach access.
      Danah Bay no doubt a phenomenal project, but yes inventory is sold out.
