I will show you what video settings I used on the galaxy s21 ultra to take the footage as well.

The best settings are 30 FPS 4k.
The 60 FPS is more oversharpened and qaulity is reduced I do NOT recommend it. I have tested extensively, 30 FPS looks great when watching it back trust me(it only looks choppy in viewfinder)
I swear I was saying the same thing like why is there so much sharpening in 4k 60 but in 4k 30 it is fine
@@Ilovechicken03 yep, it's in most phones. It's because 4k60 is significantly harder to process for the CPU and thermals

Thank you for pointing this out, you are probably the only one here who isn't blind... all the comments below saying the video quality is perfect...jesus..the guy who made this video clearly cant see how this whole video looks like a water painting...using 60 fps is terrible, Samsung need to sort this shit out asap, yes the stabilization is better, so release a software update to give us just as stable footage using 30 fps...only thing stopping me from buying this phone, it ticks every other other box apart from this.

I was very sad to see lack of 4k60 wile changing the lenses after record button was pressed, wich means no opstion of changing lenses simultaniusly. But in full hd its avalible, but i was expecting more from s21ultra

In UHD60 video look too much blurry! Use UHD30 with 1:1 ! For good quality.
If you really want best video quality don't go for s21 ultra! Just ignore camera section in s21 ultra ! If your buying ! If you want best camera in market definitely go for apple !

How do capture video of a moving object and get it all in the frame? I took a video of my daughter riding her bike and zoomed in on her. When I played the video back she was not in the vide, it's like she was cut out of the frame and the camera was focusing on other things.
Is not 4K my friend.. the resolution you have is only 1080p that not even close to 4K
What software have you used to upload this footage,? I also have the s21 ultra and my uploads don't look this good on CZcams. I use a dji gimbal s21 ultra mac book pro 2021 and I movies. My finished video looks really blurry/motion blur. I've clicked on the 3 dots to change from 360 to 2160p. I record in uhd 60 and uhd 30. Any help will be great thanks

S21U (SD) 5G 512, smooth video without dropped frames, max resolution:
1920x1080 60fps (if exposure is locked)
4K 30fps (if exposure is locked)

That option is no longer there for the rear cameras, but it's available for the selfie camera which is weird.

So your not using the 8k video setting? Neither am I... What's the point of the 8k video if the uhd 60 is much better?... I found when I record in 8 k it's choppy and actually not as good as I hoped for... What's the deal with that?
Apple still has better video overall, however…. It has an annoying issue where the auto hdr snaps in and out. For example, panning a bright sunset or indoors with windows, the exposure will randomly “white out” the sky or window when moving the phone. Not cool. I ended up getting the S21 ultra, and while it’s video is not quite as good in 4k 60 as the iPhone, the exposure is far more stable. The S21 ultra also has the annoying Samsung issue of dropping frames on occasion. This is particularly bad in 1080 60 mode. Seems to have the least issues in 4k 60, ironically. Overall I’m happy … but not over the moon… with the Ultra , as far as video capture goes. Hope they improve those frame hitches with an update. As for the phone, it’s far superior to the 12 pro max overall.

I have s21 ultra but when I record a snap and send it to the story then it seems to be very high quality video but when I watch my snap story with another phone from any android phone or iPhone so I see the videos have very bad quality, so how we can solve this issue!!!

I have been using an LG V30 for my CZcams Videos for a while now. I love the Wide Angle Lens and Video Stabilization it has. I just purchased this Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G heavy brick of a phone and I am afraid to use it and chance dropping it even once. I think it is washed out with poor stabilization. Sorry, Samsung, but you need to learn something from LG, RIP

On my s21 ultra (512GB) I can only access UHD60 in pro video mode. I also notice when I do this auto HDR is automatically turned off in the camera settings. When I switch back to the default FHD30, auto HDR is switched back to on. Also, how can I access 8K video?
OK, I'm replying to my own comment because after some experimentation I figured it out. You have to be in the 16:9 aspect ratio (not full or 1:1) to access UHD60 or 8K24 in plain video mode, and auto HDR remains on in the camera settings. You might want to mention this in a future video.

The next Galaxy Note will come out in 2022, next year, and that'll probably be the last Note. This is because Samsung wants us to buy its foldable smartphones instead. But, since there are people who like the S Pen, that's why the S21 Ultra supports the S Pen. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 (wich will be announced around summer) will also support the S Pen.
So, there will be a Note 22 Ultra, next year

Comparing this and I find iPhone 13 HDR is a lot brighter and better, hope you can tested on iPhone 13.

I appreciate his quick tutorial about the video size setting. But his video demonstration is very lacking. It's a simple handheld continuous video from a park trail and nothing else.
I would have preferred seeing more dynamic video shots of different locations using this unit. Also, a good monolog and narrative would go far to inform viewers of what the camera operator is doing. Just filming something continuously offers very little useful information at all. A good description of how you like the image stabilization feature would be very helpful.
A use of different camera angles allowing for the adjustment of different lighting situations is also very helpful. This guy did none of those. He just gave a monolog description and provided a very brief demo of what to do and how, but backtracked a couple of time in the process. I understand why he did that. But people who have never used these features might become easily confused.
I hate, Hate, HATE handheld filmmaking. It looks cheap and like it was done by some everyday yayhoo without the slightest clue about how to film properly. I would like to have seen the use of a tripod and even a gimbal stabilizer unit, and maybe even a slider to add drama and more dynamic feel or punch to the video. This video was very static and very boring, and only just, marginally informational... Moving on.

still poor video from Samsung, year after year they release their phones. They don't bother to fix this artificial, over sharpening thing they have going on. How can they keep releasing phones in this state. Paying more than a grand, look how natural and sharp iPhone videos look, and have always been. For years, only thing stopping me from switching to Samsung is their poor camera software.
