Just what I needed to get me in the cleaning mood this Monday morning. Floors are done, bathrooms are cleaned but I can’t get into the girls bedrooms until later. It’s an endless task but we are so lucky we have homes to clean. Great job Ria ❤🇨🇦

Thank you so much for this great cleaning motivation again 😇 I loved how you've filmed while taking out the trash and even dumped the bag in the outside bin, it's so satisfying to see it go away while cleaning. I was wondering later on when you were sorting clothes on your bed if the few ones you've threw on the floor where just to wash, donate or toss in the trash ? As I struggle so much to toss clothes that can't be donated in the trash, I really hope that if you have any to toss during a cleaning video, that you'll film it while tossing them. Even better if you also need to empty the bin im the same video as it makes it even more decluttered when it's not even in the house anymore 😊

As I mentioned that’s the one I started a few years ago and it made me feel so nauseous. I stopped taking it after four days. Maybe I should’ve stuck with it and it may have resided, but how are you feeling in yourself? Do you feel 1 million times better? Has it not kicked in yet? Do you feel okay with it? And what are your recommendations as I’m at a point where I’m really struggling and I don’t know what to do whether to start it or not. X

I use an app called cap cut it’s the right one for me but there is so many get her to play about with a few and see witch one she prefers hun xxx
