She had served very long for Delhi as a CM. She could have done beyond what kejriwal did in these 5 years only, i think it's just that she during her repeated tenure became so powerful in her minds that she doesn't even bothered the nirbhaya case and that was her biggest mistake and aftermath has already been written in the great great books of history...
