you gotta do just the parts randomizer, and Meo's drag parts mods. every single one. it'd be interesting to see what kind of configs you'd get with that combo. and then racing down the hill with drag parts mixed with normal parts could be a great video

Put the ramps tight against each other all across the bridge. They'll hit it
If you use the AI app there is a setting to turn off AI awereness. Also press F11 will enter Editor mode so you can copy/move various map asset like ramp or wall

Why not make one big wide ramp that they can't go around? If it won't let you do that, then put a bunch of the narrow Ramos side by side so they can't miss them

The pokemon in the car was a snivy grass and poison type or maybe only grass type
Away I believe you might be able to circumnavigate the AI is if you put a car right underneath the bridge right next to the ramp or like right in front of it and make the ramp taller so they hit the ramp at full speed trying to get to the car behind it
