Sir, i have seen one video in that they said plastic rice is not only made up of 100% plasitc. it is a combination with some natural vegetables. so if we boil that mixed plastic rice the result may differ?

At first , making plastic rice may cost the seller much. But their real motive may be to establish the rumour that the plastice rice was doing rounds in the market. As our Bro mentioned , once the people start believing this rumour , they will sell something like PLASTIC FREE ORGANIC RICE which would be much more expensive. THIS WAS JUST MY OPINION.
rice is 40/kg at consumer end. so the dealer end its much cheaper. Why would some go to the extend of inventing artificial rice. Do you think it ll be cheaper to make rice in a factory using the methods proposed?

Okay guys I have researched about this issue and I have found out some theories explaining this 1) They say that production potatoes is too high in china, so the rate of potatoes had gone too low so they started making rice from potatoes which has more elastic nature than normal nice but it's hard to digest that's why it got its name as "plastic rice". 2)There was ban for Chinese plastic's in some of the African countries asusal the cunning chine people made rice from plastic and Smuggled it into Africa. These are rumors about plastic rice and please don't believe 2 point even I can realize it's fake but it is on the internet so I kept it before you to decide.

How about making a rice with the waste rice(kurunai)... at the rice mill there are by products that can't be used...how about mix them with some chemical and make it in the form of rice...the name should be actually called as artificial rice instead of plastic rice...can you please explore this possibility??
