definitely Matrix nod in the initial fighting sequence. I also got Wade Wilson vibes (from X-Men: Wolverine in the part with the dual swords). There is also a clear John Wick references (neck/throat kill & the multi-kills w/ the gun after/in with the Matrix throwback). Nothing better than seeing one of my fav. bands throwing in nods & respect for my fav. actor! lol

This is one of those songs that grow on you the more you listen to it.
You could be on to something with the MGK reference as Ronnie taking the the shot through a sniper scope could be a reference to the Killshot single cover art (MGK in the scope) you can also notice the tone change in Ronnies voice kinda sounds like MGK then the Kamikaze reference to Eminem's Album.
edit: Listening back to it a few times thats 100% MGK singing that verse as the "Kamikaze crash like a suicide" line is MGK telling Eminem his Kamikaze album was shit lol

Easter Egg. During the MGK tiktok scene, for a just a second or two you can see the UFOs from Zombified coming into the frame. Just thought it was cool.
Also think it's awesome that Ronnie has been writing with Cody from Wage War on Zombified, this one and Watch the World Burn. You can really see the influence from Cody in the pitched down vocals before the breakdown. If you listen to Wage War "Manic" you'll see the similarities... And in Zombified the "pick it up!" During the break down is a very Wage War thing, but Ronnie and the band make everything their own and it's always amazing

8:01 - I still get chills from that finale, since the video begins with him meditating in prison with the door to his cell locked. But by going within and killing versions of him that no longer work he frees himself, even though he looks like he hasn't won the fight (suggesting it's ongoing) but it's enough that he finds the key to his prison *within* and as we come out of his third eye he opens his worldly eyes to find the cell door open.
