Nice video, a bit funny at the end. Thank you for the useful information and all.
Thank you!
Thank you for the reply and answer.
Great video. I usually shoot digital on Canon EOS, but have six Zenit's (3M, B, EM, 11 and two 12XP's). I love them.
Cool, well they are fun cameras, and a plus is that M42 lenses are inexpensive.
what do you think about the zenit B?
i bought it in Poland this year from announcement from the internet, someone has sold that camera to me,it used to be very expensive in the past - i had bought it for 170 polish zł - which is around 26£
Cool, hope you enjoy it!
@@1989Goodspeed i am just waiting for my pictures to be develloped, they suppose to be on tuesday,so i will tell you exactly,as it is to enjoy, using zenit ttl camera.
@@SzymonWarunek cool!
picked up this camera in a charity shop today. but it's missing the battery cover. is this a problem? Or will I still be able to use the camera?
Well, the camera will work because it is fully mechanical, but the built in light meter won’t work since it is what runs
on the battery. And the battery cover is one of the battery connectors.
But with some DIY you might be able to coble something together. It is a fun camera though.
My paint is a bit scratched on the top but still it works great
@Jabari Rory um
There is a x30 on the shutter dials, you don’t mention it?
ok, yes it is the max flash sync speed.
I can tell you the year of release of your model. The first two serial numbers are the last digits of the year of issue. For example number 81280608 - year of manufacture 1981.
Ok, cool to know, in that case mine was made in 1983.
Thank you for the info!
