I watched a video of a gentleman who roasted coffee and drank it the next morning. He left out the dose uncovered on the counter overnight to help with degassing and said it was good the next morning. I have not tried it yet, though.
By the way, Hoon, I just recently found your channel and I'm loving the livestreams. I've prob watched about 50 of them in the past few weeks--I find them both relaxing and informative. I saw your interview with Jay the other day and was intrigued by the Black & White beans. You and I ended up getting the same bags (also roasted on 11/7). I've been dying to open them but it's still too early!
Regarding the grinding of flavored coffee... I have a couple of strategies that work really well. 1st is the county comes and picks it up with everything else I need grinding every other Monday. Works great. Also because I don't want the artificial flavor interacting with any other coffee or accidentally getting brewed, I just don't bring any in the house any more. That's probably my favorite technique.

Order 2 lbs of it thanks
I've just recently gotten into specialty coffee and I''m wondering if any grinder burrs can be purchased pre-seasoned. If not, why?

Thanks for the tips!
