sir tanong ko lng kasi kasi may tank na nilagyan ng ICCP, ribbon xa, then my hdpe liner din bago backfill, ang issue sir ngbackfill pero kinompact nila un na may kasamang tubig, after sir nginstall na sila ng bottom plate, din nung ngrereading na daw sila bago ilagay ung plates sa my draw off sump, ung value ng reading is hindi daw as per sa requirement, ano kaya ang dahilan sir? saka paano po ang corrective action if ever.
