Most of the ginger cats I've ever seen have this vacant look in their eyes suggesting they either learned all secrets of universe or are oppositely completely and blissfully daft.
I recently adopted a 7 month old female Bengal from the shelter. They need constant attention, they are very intelligent, they are quite vocal about everything and are pretty much just assholes. I love this cat.
I have one too and she is this moment staring at me meowing so i lean back so she can sit on my lap - but i cant ccuddle her im just allowed to pet her and her purrs are the loudest ive ever heard
I don't agree that the lowering of the cats head is a sign a submissiveness. My older cat kicks my younger cats ass by doing this. The younger goes for the neck, while my older ones goes for underneath and grabs hold and kicks the crap out of the younger one with hind legs. My younger cat is a bully and attacks the older one who is passive but will win. He proved it one day when he had finally enough of the attacks, I heard the fight start and then it went quiet. I looked and the younger one is laying on his back and the older one has him across the throat. Neither one was moving a muscle, no tail wags, just enlarged pupils and a blank stare. It didn't teach the younger one anything. He continues to bully the older one.
Plus the tail swishing and having their tails low to the ground means they're unconfident tail swishing is also means that they're agitated and feeling anxious or upset this guy really doesn't know what he's talking about

Celeste Cosimini that shit needs to be cleaned up don’t normalize that... litter can home many parasites, bacteria and disease that can be harmful for the owner and the cat... gotta keep up good maintenance of the litter box as a responsible cat owner. This room is probably made to be a room specifically for storage and for the cats to have personal space, it seems that way at least.
my cat was 25 when she passed away. she was so courageous it was unbelievable, never a trouble maker, but would never back down!! she would swipe dogs noses, watching the dogs back off. I love cats:) subbed, don't know how I got here, but entertaining:))
Probably for breeding. Freya was also used for breeding, so he probably doesn't want this kitten to be abused as well. The males are usually in worse health since the females need to be in good enough health to give birth.

Meanwhile, the grey wolf evolved to be more capable of living amongst humans during the hunter-gatherer era of humanity. When we became agrarian about 5-10k years ago, dogs had already been an essential part of human life, so we usually feel sympathy for them, even if we don't need them for practical reasons.

We recently introduced a 9 week old male kitten to our brood - we have 2 adult cats already - and basically followed these videos and it worked out very well. Thank you for these....they helped so much and after a week our two adult fur babies get on so well with our new additon to the family! 😸😻😺

My cats chase one another through the house at 3am every night. I failed to mention this to a guest and I woke up to her screaming because both the cats hauled butt right over her face and were running back and forth over her as she hid under the blankets 😂
My little kitten who is very tiny likes to assert her dominance on our older larger cats 😂when we adopted a new one it took her weeks before she liked him, she would not back down and neither would he. Now they love cuddling and playing with each other.

Teego's defenitely one o the most adorable and unique looking cats. I adore him. He reminds me a bit of my boy Giuliano (who also rarely meows). And Chatzi behaves similar to my mum's cat. When I foster her, Giuliano's most friendly torwards her but she has no manners and whenever he turns his back she attacks him like Chatzi did or even "punches" his face randomly when he sits at the window. But he decided to stay calm no matter what and to teach her good behaviour and friendliness. Slowly it starts to work. Great video btw, I love to see people who understand their cats.

We have taken in a cat - stray - no idea what breed she was but she's smart , verrrry smart and quite active. She's always making us laugh and only cuddles up to my son when he's sleeping.. awww We now (since seeing your Chatzi) think she's part Bengal because she looks a LOT like your Chatzi. We love her to bits.
This is really informative - My sister has a cat that was introduced as a kitten to our family cat, improperly, and it always makes me feel sad for the family cat, who as a result seems to have lost some of the confidence and ownership of his domain (he's a senior, and has always lived in the house where he was introduced to the new cat - we stopped his dominant sorts of behaviors (hissing, high pitched noises, which were all perfectly in check) and allowed the kitten to kind of take over spaces - the second cat, older now, now kind of bullies the family cat) :( Hopefully others can avoid the same mistakes we made, thanks to your video!

Teego's defenitely one o the most adorable and unique looking cats. I adore him. He reminds me a bit of my boy Giuliano (who also rarely meows). And Chatzi behaves similar to my mum's cat. When I foster her, Giuliano's most friendly torwards her but she has no manners and whenever he turns his back she attacks him like Chatzi did or even "punches" his face randomly when he sits at the window. But he decided to stay calm no matter what and to teach her good behaviour and friendliness. Slowly it starts to work.

We have taken in a cat - stray - no idea what breed she was but she's smart , verrrry smart and quite active. She's always making us laugh and only cuddles up to my son when he's sleeping.. awww

This is really informative - My sister has a cat that was introduced as a kitten to our family cat, improperly, and it always makes me feel sad for the family cat, who as a result seems to have lost some of the confidence and ownership of his domain (he's a senior, and has always lived in the house where he was introduced to the new cat - we stopped his dominant sorts of behaviors (hissing, high pitched noises, which were all perfectly in check) and allowed the kitten to kind of take over spaces - the second cat, older now, now kind of bullies the family cat) :(
Hopefully others can avoid the same mistakes we made, thanks to your video!

Its a cat room. The narrator specifies that its only to acclimate the other house cats to the Bengals smell. Aside from the litter, its not messy cause he is, only cause its for the cat not for him.
Cats present their bums as a sign of affection or to say hello since smell is everything to a cat.
