- My 2.5ct Moissanite ring in out door lighting on a cloudy day. I requested the stone to be hearts and arrow arrow cut and in a very very light grey colour. I feel this makes the stone look more diamond like. Just my preference 😊

It does look like a real diamond. So light grey moissanite looks more diamond like than near colorless moissanite?

Hi there sorry I don’t check messages much, just seen this.
I actually sold it a while back. Went for something else in the end. I’d say the grey colour did sort of look more diamond like but it did have an odd colour come from it in certain lightings. Can’t quite remember what that colour was but remember seeing it in the car light.
The colourless I’m not so into. I find sometimes the ones that look most diamond like are those old cuts with a slight colour to them. I bought a moval at one point and goodness that what my most diamond like piece ever.
You are so smart choosing this over a diamond.

😂😂 same here haha this one’s a lab created Moissanite so to some they feel it’s fake but it’s a real stone in itself. Definitely go for a Moissanite if you want big and affordable ♥️

What color is this stone?
So this one is actually slightly grey in colour. I wanted to try a grey coloured stone because I don’t really enjoy the blue tone that you can see in Moissanites sometimes. Just personal preference. However, think I’ll stick to whites or slightly yellow stones now. The grey tone comes through quite a bit in certain lightings which I also didn’t like 😅
What size ring finger are you? I think I have similar size hands to you.

Hands are more Beautiful than Ring
They dont last very long. They have a coating that gives it pin fire.. But that pin fire wears off after a while and it ends up just looking like a cz.
I've got a couple of Moissanite rings that I've had for 30 years and look as good as the day I got them.
Been wearing mines for 8 and shines more brilliantly than my diamonds!

Complete nonsense. There's no coating on moissanite the same way there is none on rubies, emeralds, or sapphires. It's not a fake diamond. It's a completely different stone.
