I love green tea but unfortunately in the past year even decaf green tea makes my heart race while I can have the occasional cup of coffee with very little or no side effects. Go figure. I pretty much stick to herbal teas now, usually fresh mint and/or fever grass. When I do have coffee I have a small amount mixed with roasted carob powder or roasted Dandelion
