या वीडियोमध्ये आपण भेट दिली आहे लालबाग मार्केटला जिथे मसाला बनवतात. दरवर्षी आम्ही घरात रेडिमेड मसाला बनवतो पण या वर्षी ठरवले की मसाला पाहिजे तसा बनवून घ्यायचा. या साठी आम्ही पोचलो अभिषेक स्टोर्स मध्ये जिथे अनेक प्रकारचे मसाले बनवुन आणि रेडिमेड उपलब्ध होते. त्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य घेतले, भाजले, कुटले आणि १ तासात निघालो. अभिषेक स्टोर्स कडून छान माहिती उपलब्ध झाली जी सर्वांच्या कामाला येईल. मसाला मार्केट मध्ये गर्दी असल्याने तिथल्या ग्राहकांचे मत घेऊन सर्व माहिती द्यायचा प्रयत्न केला जी प्रत्येकाच्या उपयोगी येईल. तर वीडियो संपूर्ण पहा आणि शेयर नक्की करा.

Lalbaug’s mirchi galli is a spice souk where red chillies stand tall and strong, the drift of kitchen smells make noses itch and quaver, and despite the odds against the element, every passerby wanders in. Shopkeepers, one after the other, on Lalbaug New Market, Shri Ganesh Nagar, have sacks of chillies from light red to deep burgundies lining the the outside of their shops. Deep frying tavas outside more shops are places, where turn by turn a mix of spices are roasted and mixed with other ingredients. On this lane, each shop has long jars of the different masala powders. These are all roasted in the same manner, but using different combinations of ingredients. Till now we used readymade masala but this we decided about making spices as per our requirement. We make the required masala at Abhishek Stores which is recommend to me by many peoples. मी 40 वर्षे झाली मसाला आणि हळद लालबाग वरूनच आणते पण मिरच्या मी घरी आणून सुकून मग दळायला देते देठाच्या मिरच्या घेते आणि घरी येऊन त्याची देठ तोडून उन्हात वाळत घालते आणि मग लालबाग वरून दळून आणते रेडीमेड मसाला मी 40 वर्षात कधीच विकत घेतला नाही धन्यवाद
