Honestly, you left out prices on most of the printers. I am pretty sure we all would like to know the price points.
What's a good low cost printer that prints very high quality edge to edge different thicknesses cr80 that can also print holograms and uv ribbon, it doesn't have to be fast or have encoders just needs high quality
What do you mean by *prints roughly x amount/year? What is restricting a printer to print a certain amount in a given timeframe like this?

Zebra no es tan mala, pero su modelo de negocio es lo que no me gusta. Cometen descaradamente practicas monopolicas ofreciendo "insentivos" y beneficios para que su marca se adueñe del mercado. Otra cosa que no tiene a favor es que tanto en sus impresoras ID como en las de codigo de barras, te da software barato pero a diferencia de las demas marcas el software solo funciona con sus equipos, asegurando asi que solo consumas su marca. Otra cosa que no es buena de esa marca es su tiemo de garantia, aqui la ofrecen solo por 1 año y generalmente pasado el año tienes que comprar otra impresora. Venden barato pero no de calidad, como Datacard o otras marcas que tienen de 3 a 4 años de garantìa.
