Saw someone else recommend Babel so I might as well as recommend some of the other books from RF Kuang: the Poppy War trilogy is really good- highly recommend! I’ll also list a couple other reads I enjoyed: The Stardust Thief, Crazy rich Asians (the movie is also really good), The Book Thief, The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, Song of Achilles
You should read Cinder!! It’s the first book in the Lunar Chronicles series. It basically like fantasy, sci-fi,romance, and fairytales all in one. Super addicting and an easy read :) ☺️
I read the very secret society of irregular witches recently and it’s pretty good! If you’re into the found family trope you’ll like it for sure! Its a pretty easy and comfy read so i think it might be great as a starter :)
JD Robb - In Death series (detective story set in a different future)… JD Robb is a pen name for Nora Roberts… Like 60 of these books now but read them in order
