If you look at the cycles of life, we all experience a great tragedy within 80 years, we go through cycles of sufferiing for 25 years, only to realize we're experiencing the same pain as those who have experienced the same pain that we have, prior, wether it's 80 or 100 years later, we all go through the same cycles of pain, eternally.

I watch this video daily. I woke up in an ambulance last year, almost cashed in my ticket trying to feel good. Didn’t know what to do afterward but knew I didn’t want what I had been doing. Realized physical fitness was a cheat code to feeling good, and once u feel good then u can actually enjoy life and go after goals. I look forward to running now, and work out a little just to look good, and now I feel like I have life at my fingertips. I know this sounds preachy, but getting in shape with daily exercise does so many things for mental health it’s amazing, it’s not about being healthy. Just give it a shot for 30 days and I promise it will change ur life, don’t wait till ur almost 40 like me

Some people are so deep into loneliness that their loneliness can’t be reached by any methods. After years of it your brain slowly rewires itself, adapting to that kind of life and it’s pretty much impossible to reverse. It’s like trying to scratch an itch just out of reach. On a positive note, life happens very quickly, making everything, even your loneliness temporary. We come from nothing and before you know it you will return to nothing. In the meantime , hang in there.

I'm just broken... And again, and again ..
I was so close this time so fucking close to ending this vicious cycle of loneliness and depression. I did everything I was supposed to I hopped on self improvement, I started focusing on myself and hitting the gym and as I learned to love myself I began to pull myself out of the pit I was in and my confidence skyrocketed. Then I met this girl and we clicked instantly and I fell head over heels for her. I’ll spare the details and cut to the end. She left and stole a solid chunk of my confidence and the remaining hope of finding love I had left in me. That was months ago and the funny thing is I don’t even miss her anymore, just the idea of her. Im so tired of being alone and despite my best efforts I sit here in this comment section on Christmas Day alone and back in that pit. I dream of the day I can look in the mirror and confidently say I’ve made it.

I been going through this for 10 years. Most of my bestfriends moved on with other people even someone i knew since preschool. I don't understand how someone can just throw me away like i never existed. I havent had a gf either in like 10 years an one i had before we were together for 2 but she cheated on me so i gave it up. I never had a father growing up an tbh the only person i talk to is my mother that's it. I see couples an i wander what its like to be happy again. Hopefully all of us will find happiness again.

You know what hurts, its when a person tries to open up about their depression most people reply with "Just get over her, Bro" but that person haven't even been in a relationship or experienced it before. They're suffering from family problems, life problems, getting blamed for absolutely everything, bullied, male loneliness, getting yelled at by your own parents, mental illness, mental health, overthinking.

I’m 17, turning 18 in 1 week and a half I feel this every single day. I have friends and family but everyday i have no one texting me or calling me for anything. Had this one girl who was my best friend 2 years ago, she left me, she’s all I’ve ever think about til this day, I just don’t know how to explain how I feel, I can’t really fix this, she’s in a relationship and I cannot go back to her neither do I want to, either way enough about that but. I have 0 clue what to do everyday is the same, School,Gym, Eat, Shower, Sleep.
