CSX L010 Causes Amtrak Lake Shore Limited to Reverse! Unique Operation in Framingham

Despite the rain, I found myself in Framingham on the afternoon of August 7. CSX L010 headed through Framingham around 1:15 and stopped just west of the station to work Nevins Yard. However, this blocked Amtrak P449's departure 10 minutes later, leading to this unique maneuver. Around 10 minutes after the departure of an inbound, 449 was given an approach signal eastbound. The train backed out of Framingham station to CP21, where they crossed over to track 2 and flew through the station with a nice hornshow. I've never heard of or seen this operation happen before, and it was a nice surprise!
