Great idea, thank you for sharing!
It cane out great!
Can you use this method on tan cargo pants ?
This just f-ing happed to me. Thank you for the help.
Thanks! I want to do this on a grey sweatshirt that has pink dye stain transfers, but do you think this might damage the grey dye and the colors on its large embroidery patch?
Super. Have you tried this method with coloured clothes? Such as khaki trousers?
Hey dude this video is very much helpful for me! Thanks for sharing
I had to take the video back several times just to see your nose, it is gorgeous. I love it!
Hey this is great! Do you know how to whiten a dye stained logo on a coat (the north face) without damaging it?
i have creme colored pants that were accidentally thrown in with dark clothes and now they have dark streaks that look like foot prints all over. will this work? will it make them white instead of creme? will it even take out the brown streaks?
Does this only work on fabric that is white? I have some olive drab cotton that someone dyed black and I want to remove the black dye but not the olive dye?
I’ve got a red shirt that has blue dye stained on it from a tie dye shirt would I be able to get the blue dye outta the red fabric ?
Any ideas for a shirt that is half red & half white & the red half is dying the white half pink
I have a light pink almost white vintage shirt my jeans did some color damage- could I spot treat?
Where I can buy that product here in Hong Kong pls?
I got pink dye transfer on my white bathing suit. Will this work on it?
I got White shirt with Red sleeves the white area is only affected. Would this work
Help I had a pretty pink underwear and washed it with dark towls. Now it looks grey. Can I reverse this?
You think this will work after accidentally running it through the drier? I got orange dye stains from another shirt onto my grey Nike sweats
It works 100% I turned 2 white shirts black and then ran them trough the dryer. Not a single stain or anything! Is guy couldn’t have made a better video! Follow his steps and you will be 10000%
I dried my favorite pair of shorts and stained will this help?.. I completely dried them :(
Hey just wondering, how much would you use if you’re getting rid of dye on your load. We’re talking like a couple of shirts like 3 or so and like 7 socks haha. Using the stove top method. Would one be enough?
I think you should be good with 2 I would say. I think I packed works for 1 pound of clothing
I have a vintage grey sweatshirt, but in a few places its more faded in others..do you think this will work in fading the whole sweatshirt to a lighter shade?
Somehow buying a new shirt sounds easier for me. The only way I'd use this method is if I really loved the item and could not get another one OR if I was bored and wanted to conduct an experiment. Great video though.
don't know where to get sth similar in europe tho :/
Can you specify the amount of product used e.g. how many grams are there in the sachet? Thanks
Also, I found the 20 minutes to be too much. I have tried it twice with 2 polos and both times (even when closely watching the polos and stirring the water) the other colours (slogans printed at the front and back) have massively faded 😖😖😖
He clearly warned about this in the video!! He explained why and how that happens!!
Would it work on cream/off-white coloured pieces, which may have gotten an orange stain from an orange woollen piece?
Did the whole piece of clothing turn a slight orange color ? Or is it a one spot ?
@@Raphael-fn9dr it might be kinda hard just because I use this type of technique when the whole Tee is effected
Is there a way to just spot treat? I have a black north face with white logos and one of my black hoodies bled in the wash and caused my white logos to turn grey :/ plus I ran it through the dryer without noticing
What is RIT? I will have to find it in India.
Would this work on a tan sweater?
Will this work if some blue transferred from blue jeans onto my white shirt?
I thought using hot water will shrink the shirt? Can you do this process using cold water instead? I want to prevent any shrinkage as much as possible.
It won't shrink the shirt if you air dry it. Shrinking comes from drying your clothes quickly in the dryer.
Do you think this would work on clothes that are light colours (not white), like a cream colour? I just got blue dye on one of my favourite shirts.....
@@ab_5557 vodka worked, well mainly. It's very very faintly blue and if you were looking for it you would notice but otherwise you probably wouldn't be able to tell
Hey, did it at all damage the print? I just got dye transfer stains on my aderxkitsune and I’m devastated.
Nope , none of the print changed but can an eye on it cause it can at times if left too long
Mine did, both times even when keeping an eye on it. Im fuming! The remedy has been worse than the problem
You think it would work fine with red ink I have a toy story shirt of pizza planet and the ink stained itself
It does. If the ink bled from its own logo you may experience that logo fading form the chemical.
My pink sweat shirt had blue dye on it..if I do this method will it work to get the blue dye out? 😫
it may work but only so much dye can be removed before it starts effecting the pink dye
What if it’s white design on a black crewneck ruined my Kaws cudi crewneck
My polo stained the shirt I'm wearing underneath when I got wet in the rain. Sucks.
Didn’t worked for me. Within a min the water colour turned to blue then green then yellow and after washing in sink the colour got changed. Super fail plan.
Very expensive
As someone who knows a few scientific minds it's always funny to hear someone describe something as or having "Chemicals"
Everything's a chemical my guy
Righhhht. But these chemicals are highly toxic so it’s best to wear gloves when handling and not breathing it in to our body.
And I was so mad because I was going to wear these shirts for the holiday *one of them is demon photos on the shirt*
Thank you so much for this video. My favorite white Tshirt turned pink in the wash. I had almost given up and this saved it! Since my mixer was more concentrated (less water bc only one shirt), it only took a minute or two to soak before it was done!
