- The Revolution of Tenderness, Part I - by Tara Brach (12/14/2016)
A two-talk series exploring our capacity to be tender - sensitive and responsive to ourselves and others. This capacity marks a radical evolutionary shift from a self-centered existence shaped by fear, to a life lived from the realization of our collective belonging and the preciousness of all life. The talks examine the conditioning that inclines us toward dissociation and emotional reactivity, and the practices of presence that evolve our heart and awareness.

I admire the knowledge of this wonderful woman/soul that inspires those coming across her videos ❤️
There should be a love ‘❤️ button’ on you tube! Like falls short of capturing the impulse. Maybe we do not need such a button, because the energy moves through anyway. 💕
Ms Brach has become my new friend I visit everyday and lay down on her couch. Too bad she can’t see me!
💖Thank you Tara💖
Thank you thank you thank you iembrace the day with open heart
Thank you for that acute glimpse into tenderness.
We'll see if a donation will cure some of my miserliness and make that shift toward tenderness last a little while...
Want some poetry? Tired of nothing ever ringing true? Then why not spend a moment listening to your heart, instead of always having your head tell you the things you should do. ✨

"restless, irritable and discontent".
She was lovely. Then she lost me
when she glorified the sweeping generalizations of a racist. tribal leader.
Ideological possession runs deep. Even into the mindful it may creep.
Sad comment.
