Ang laki pala ng Walmart dyan! Yung Waltermart kasi dito malapit sa amin maliit lang. 🤣 Uso talaga warehouse stores sa US tapos lagi pa atang naka-sale. S&R at Landers lang ang alam ko na meron dito.

Fall na kaya mejo lumalamig na ng onte. Malayo nga kase gusto ko ipakita muna ung gas station eh😁
After working for Walmart for 11 years, I finally quit. This is the worst company to work for. They do not care about their people. From market manager’s to store managers treat their people like shit. Company has changed so much and lost so many good leaders and associates. Company forgot its core values that Sam Walton believed in and stood for. They want you to spend all your time there. Even if you are on your deathbed bed they want you there. I’ve been a coach, store lead and store manager. I always treated my employees good with respect and made sure that they were taking care of. Now nobody cares and that’s because of their leaders leading them. Market managers and store managers coaches don’t care and they show it, so associates don’t. Don’t get me wrong their are some good managers but most of them are garbage. Don’t even know how they got their position. Never been so happy leaving Walmart.
