Thank you for this video! Although vegan, sometimes certain dishes can hurt the tummy due to excessive amounts of sugar or oils or whatever did any of the dishes you tried, over exaggerated or hurt your tummy? I hate when I get so excited I try a dish and it just rips my stomach to shreds lol even though it’s vegan lol!

I very very rarely have any digestive issues with vegan food! If I eat an abundance of sugary snacks or fried things in one day (which I avoid as much as I can, but it can be harder on vacay when I'm not cooking) I definitely notice a difference in feeling sluggish/tired, but not any digestive issues. I just try to keep things balanced in my diet and regularly exercising (I was at the gym every morning on this trip and we walked a ton) helps as well!
