Recently CONSCIENCE has posted how to prepare herbal hair oil at home in that there is particular herb is there try that oil that also helps. And keep on trying until you learn. All the very best
I used COVID quarantine to memories Sri Bhagawad Gita now in 17th chapter...as an adult our mind wanders, we have to perfect, try to recollect various Bhashyams, that is a distraction. But reciting,revising , regularly from ,,5 to 7 am is the only way.
@@saipapireddygoranti1807 i heard we shouldn't recite or meditate or learn anything from sgatras or do anything else other than just dhyaanam from 4 am to 6:30am which is brahmimuhurta. even bathing or any productive practise other than dhyaanam should not be done in that time in morning
