Love this type of content. My personal favourite has to be Durotar, even tho boring in some areas, the nostalgia and vibe i continue to get from that area is second to none. A close second would be Grizzly Hills.
I too enjoy the blood elf and draenei levelling experience, both Eversong Woods and Ghostlands for blood elves, and Azuremyst Isle and Bloodmyst Isles for draenei. All four of those have such a great adventurous experience, as well as a great theme. I enjoy the more classic experience of wandering and questing, which these offer.
Starter zones are so important for really making characters come alive. I hate the new starting zone because it takes away so much worldbuilding for new players by force. My four favorite places in wow are Teldrassil, Nagrand, Vanilla Quel'Thalas), and the last place is a tie between the Dreamgrove and Stormheim. For anyone who didn't know, Vanilla Quel'Thalas was a small zone near the top of the Eastern Plaguelands that had Night Elf structures and was literally named Quel'Thalas. It's not easily accessible now but back then you could get to it with some patience especially if you were a druid. GMs would teleport players there for assistance.
Definitely hit those 4 zones, all are perfect in their way, both their aesthetic and memories of them... I'd only maybe add Darkshore which is the first time we get to the outside world as night elves and definitely stuck with me when leveling back in Cata...
Maybe a cool idea is a video on the nicest borders between zones. To me those are the most interesting parts of the game. Blizzard has put great care in making sure the zones change gradually and in an interesting way. Also a reason why Shadowlands was such a disappointment to me with its separate 'islands'.

Ghostlands is one of my favourites. its done so well and the leveling progression there is so nice, ending on a nice elite group quest.
