White bread recipe:
50ml water.
1/2 tablespoon sugar.
7 grams of dry yeast.
50 grams of flour.
375 ml warm water.
500 grams of flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
sunflower oil.
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30-35 minutes.

Habe dieses Brot mit Dinkel Mehl gemacht und es wurde sehr schön, aber ich mache nie Zucker dazu. Hefe doppelt das Brot sehr gut alleine

I could live on bread with butter and a little salt on it.
Something also delicious, I call it DIVINE, goosefat with a sprinkle of salt.
A goose can be a little more fatty.
Collect the lumps of fat ( mainly at the end where the parsons nose is and inside) and melt it in a pot on the stove.
Put it into a bowl, cool it .
Goosefat is a little runny, but tastes wonderful.
When you roast the goose, take the fat, which comes out of the goose and keep it as a spread.
On a slice of warm bread, toasted bread , oh so yummy.
Fantastic, when you cook roast potatoes or BRATKARTOFFELN (GERMAN : sliced potatoes fried in a pan with onions and diced bacon).
Or ROTKOHL: RED CABBAGE cooked in a pot with onion, diced apples , salt, vinegar and sugar.
The goosefat makes the cabbage shiny, so delicious.
