It is always a dream of many people to create passive income streams, and although we could always argue nothing is truly passive, these income streams mentioned here about as close as you can get.
Now granted they aren't easy and some require a lot more capital than others, but nonetheless they can make you money whilst you sleep!
Also remember as I mention in all my videos, none of these are easy things to do. Once the active work (sometimes ages) is done then the passive element of them is lazy! Sadly I dont have any get rich quick schemes though.

Great video! I'm currently trying these ones you mentioned:
1.Property
-Loaning Money (through a platform)
-JV
-REITs
2.Content Creation
3.Peer to Peer Lending
5.Dividend Investing
None of them have really taken off yet, I would say the most productive one so far is the dividend investing, 3rd year into it and now managing over £30 per month (averaged out over the year).
The JV is just starting out, nothing concrete yet but seeing if we're a good match with the end goal of having rental income (2 for 1).

Is all your property managed now?
i have a few old properties I self manage. One was from the video i shared ages ago with letting agents being scammers and another is currently going through the courts as a tenant has stopped paying rent for months. I will however be passing these onto letting agents sooner rather than later. Imo its worth the 8-10%
My goal in life is to buy at least one house in London.
