its about your interest.....if you will go for m.ed. then you will be eligible for teaching b.ed students. although in future it may be helpful if you do m.ed. because integrated courses are in trend now.

At some point you will need to do one masters in any subject. Even if you pursue m.ed. first and then do phd in education too still you will need a masters degree for more scopes.

Government jobs me teachers ke liye hi nhi nikl rhi vacancies so direct principal or head position ke liye vacancies ke chance comparatively km hi hain.......but agr aap teacher hain already govt service me then promotion ke chances comparatively jyda hote hain😃
