    Your videos and sweet presentation have changed me for the better in so many ways. I love the timer instead of the clock although would you consider making the timer blocks darker or more colorful so they're easier to see? I'm being picky, you are divine!

    Hello Hannah!!! Just done it and feel awesome!!! Thank you sweet friend for the diversity of the exercises! I love that kind of workouts which need to squeeze all the muscles at each movement. We are already on Friday and the week is almost done... Waow, too fast!!!! Lots of love. Namaste.
